I don’t feel any different than I did when this was announced, the verdict was a given. It is not just to call him a felon. It is also to keep him from being able to campaign once the sentence is given, right before the GOP convention. I am outraged by this, the so called documents case, and the $83 million to a lying woman. They would burn him at the stake if they could get by with it. I feel the only reason he has not been assassinated it they know it would make him a martyr, and they don’t want to do that. They may have just done it.

I have many links saved, but this is the breaking news overwhelming my inbox yesterday and today.  I’ll get them together later.

I know it’s been a long time since my last email, but I’m old and I’ve been experiencing some health issues.  I’ve got way too many links saved to share and I suspect some are very old news as the news comes in so fast and furious. As to the health issues, my daughter was here for a 2 week visit and it was a Godly thing she was here when we needed her.

While the culture war has been part of American life since the 1960s, the past few years have been a turning point, with Republican politicians finally becoming willing to rein in university administrators.”  While this didn’t start with those who are the current administration and professors at universities it did start with them, many years ago.  Those who are in charge are the students of the 60’s and 70’s, and the current students have been brainwashed every year since pre school on up.  It is going to be hard to change that.  However, I do believe there is a population out here who did not go to college, or at least not to the big ones, a population who is still of the old fashioned America that believed in God, family, country, in more or less that order. Those who work for a living and understand the economics of what rent and housing costs are, who understand the prices at the grocery store mean they either don’t have meat or have the cheaper cuts when they do. I hope and pray that in the end they will be the ones to prevail.

Did Congress really just ‘criminalize Christianity’ or make parts of the New Testament illegal? There are times when a good idea really isn’t. I’ve seen so many views on this topic I couldn’t begin to list them all.  There are pros and cons and ideology gets into every discussion.  I’m not sure what I think about it. I respect Andre Widburg who writes this: The House shouldn’t have passed the Antisemitism Awareness Act She says, “The federal government should never be in the business of defining and “grading” ideas.”  I agree.

I know what I think and what I believe about the “student protests”.  Yes, there are many students, and yes there are many who are not, but are antifa or other paid activists. Today you may have noticed I have tried to post few stories of the riots and more thought provoking ones.  It does take much longer to read than when just headlines tell the story. The news channels have all the news on the student riots so I don’t need to post too many here.  I have not managed to look at The Gateway Pundit, it often has most of the violence stories, and Instapundit which often has the same as I post, but many more of them.
