I confess, I do not know ALL the real problems. I know a lot of them. I am not an economist or a health care provider, just a consumer, so I do not know what all is going to show up down the line. What I know is normal people want to pick their own doctors, hospitals, treatments and their insurance provider and in the main and in the long haul this healthcare law does not allow that.
Today the president spoke of making the insurance companies take back their customers whose policies were cancelled and offer them the same or new. Can he do that? Does he have the legal authority? Remember that is, as many said when Ted Cruz wanted to defund it, settled law the law of the land. Does a president have the power to delay or change that? I think not. This time I think Congress will sit up and take notice, remember they have a say in it, and do the right thing, or face explusion in the next election.
