I’m not really talking about race, I’m talking about cultures and what we call them. Mark Steyn has done a good job on what I think about the Derbyshire/National Review flap so I don’t really have to address that. What I want to address is labels.
My husband and I were discussing a topic we were listening to on talk radio. I think it was on Hannity, I don’t even remember who the commentator was. But they were discussing “minorities,” and the culture of the so called minorities. I remember though when working class was commonly called “lower classes.” Whatever happened to those labels. We had the “very rich,” the “upper middle class,” the “middle class” the “lower middle class,” and the “lower class.”
Improved blood in that important region provides efficiency to the viagra on line australia organ and gain harder erection for pushing deep into her genital passage. A healthy diet, meditation, and exercise on sale at shop viagra prices are among the essentials for managing chronic stress. It also free viagra pills helps in improving libido. As a person familiar with the Tongkat Ali Extract, levitra line pharmacy Kilham has been bothered by some of the ridiculously misleading and unsubstantiated claims of some of the “hit and run” distributors of the product. We still have the same people, many have left the lower class and entered the very broad based middle class. Some have made it to upper middle class and even to the very rich. But we have a Democratic Party who wants to play politics and we now have the very rich, the middle class, the working people, and a term called minorities. What they mean by minorities in my opinion is racist. They mean black or Hispanic. They do not allow there are any whites in that group. They sure would not want to be caught calling them lower class, or as poor, senile old Senator Byrd said, “poor white trash,” and I might add that is a fairly common term here in the South. But working people? Are those the white lower class? Do they not know how many blacks and Hispanics are working people? The whole of the class labels are usually working people. This is just class warfare and racially divisive.
We read and hear a lot about what has happened to our culture? Well, here is my take on that. As Judge Bork wrote “we have defined depravity down” and what was considered scandalous is now touted on every channel on TV as interesting and entertainment. Maybe we are all lower class now.
Well said, I’m linking it on Facebook. More people need to hear/read it.
