Oh really, do they really think he had nothing to say to Eric Holder about this when he turned it over to him to decide? If that is truly the case he is far more inept than I thought. I think this was done with the full concurrence of the President. It is insulting, and he has done it to himself, to think he had nothing to do with the selection or the type of trial it would be.
